Restoring Homes and Hope
Carpenters Cross Foundation exists to serve seniors, veterans, and communities through meaningful trade work, mentorship, and service-driven projects.
We believe craftsmanship should stand for more than skill alone. It should represent pride, purpose, reliability, and a commitment to helping others.
Whether through apprenticeship programs, community build days, leadership development, or critical home repairs, our mission is simple:
To restore homes, create opportunities, and transform lives through service.
After eleven years running East Austin Carpenters, one lesson became clear: the people you work with determine everything.
Carpenters Cross Foundation was built to create more than skilled workers. We wanted to build people with purpose, pride, and a calling to serve others through craftsmanship.
Today, we help bridge the gap by mentoring future tradespeople, organizing community build projects, and helping seniors and veterans with necessary home repairs and renovations.
Because restoring a home can also restore hope.

Apprenticeship & Mentorship
We train and mentor individuals pursuing meaningful careers in the trades while building character, leadership, and responsibility.
Community Build Days
We bring volunteers, tradespeople, and communities together to complete projects that make a real difference for families in need.
Senior & Veteran Home Repairs
We help fixed-income seniors and veterans with essential repairs, renovations, and remodeling projects that improve safety, comfort, and quality of life.
Leadership Through Service
We believe strong communities are built by people who lead with integrity, craftsmanship, and a heart to serve others.
Our mission goes beyond construction.
Our foundation highlights and celebrates the companies helping us serve seniors and veterans.
We partner with trade companies that want to give back while also building positive visibility around their brand. As part of the partnership, we produce professional branded content and impact-story videos highlighting the work we’re doing together in the community.
We want to create partnerships where companies can genuinely give back while also telling a meaningful story about who they are and what they stand for.

For more than eleven years, I’ve worked in construction leading projects, managing teams, and building businesses through EAC.
Over the years, I learned that great work is never just about craftsmanship alone. The quality of the people behind the work changes everything.
I’ve always believed construction should stand for more than completing projects. It should create pride, opportunity, leadership, and service to others.
That belief eventually led me to start Carpenters Cross Foundation, a way to combine craftsmanship with community impact and create something that could serve people beyond the jobsite.
My goal is simple:
to help build stronger people, stronger communities, and homes that give families safety, dignity, and hope.
